• In 2008 they founded the WPTEC brand (Weighing & Power driver Technology), based in London, UK. Specialised in integrated intelligent weighing technology and big data acquisition and processing technology. 

• 2016 Authorised China WPTEC (Changzhou) Measurement & Control Systems Equipment Co. 

• In 2022 a joint venture company, Veptek (Shanghai) Measurement Technology Ltd, was established in Shanghai, China, as a sales centre in China, responsible for product promotion and technical service in the Greater China region.

•  Currently there are R&D and manufacturing centres in the UK and in Changzhou and Guangzhou, China respectively.
